Cereal Crunch Honey Latte
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1 shot of Sitio San Roque Fine Robusta espresso
- 30mL honey
- 120-150mL oat milk or dairy milk
- Sea salt cream
- Crushed Honey Stars
Rise and grind! We love starting the day with a delicious cup of coffee and a bowl of our favorite cereal. But wait, hear us out: What if we combined the two and turned it into something even more delectable?
The Cereal Crunch Honey Latte is our signature beverage made with Fine Robusta beans from Sitio San Roque, featuring notes of baker’s chocolate, toasted cereal, and chocolate wafers. This latte comes together with a layer of fluffy sea salt cream and crumbled Honey Stars for added crunch. The first sip of this drink will surely wake you up and kick-start your day.

Pour in oat milk or dairy milk in a glass.

Add in honey and mix until incorporated.

Fill ¾ of the glass with ice.

Brew a shot of Sitio San Roque Fine Robusta and pour into your glass.

Add the sea salt cream to create a layer on top of the espresso.

Sprinkle with crushed Honey Stars and drizzle with more honey to garnish. Serve immediately.
