WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Peanut Butter Banana Cream (froth altogether):
  • 35mL banana puree
  • 20mg chunky peanut butter
  • 10mL whipping cream
  • 10mL oat milk
Iced Latte
  • 36mL Off The Bench espresso
  • 5mL hazelnut sauce
  • 110mL oat milk
  • Crushed banana chips
  • Ice

Remember the days when you’d switch on the TV, munch on your favorite snack, and binge your after-school cartoons? Well, that’s exactly the inspiration behind The Starter, our signature drink made in collaboration with artist Jethro Olba! The peanut butter and banana iced latte is based on Jethro’s childhood snack, and drinking it will definitely take you back to the simpler times.

This drink is best brewed with the Off The Bench blend, which is also made with Jethro’s vision of the nostalgic times. Its chocolate, walnut, and winey taste notes go perfectly with the peanut butter and banana flavors. Don’t forget to garnish with crushed banana chips to bring the whole childhood moment to life!

Pour 36mL 'Off The Bench' espresso shot (1:2) mixed with 5mL of hazelnut sauce on top of oat milk

To make the peanut banana cream: combine 35mL banana puree, 20mg chunky peanut butter, 10mL whipping cream, and 10mL oat milk in a vessel

Mix it altogether with a milk frother until thickened

Carefully layer peanut butter banana cream on top of the latte

Garnish with banana chips
