DESCRIPTION

Keep toasty and warm this Christmas with our holiday blend, Amber! Our beans, sourced from Timor and Indonesia, go through the honey and natural process to bring out delicious notes of garam masala and caramel.

Sweet, medium-bodied, and absolutely divine, this blend is perfect for a pour-over, espresso, or coffee maker.

At Plain Sight, we believe that getting your coffee to you at the right time provides for a great brewing experience. We make sure that you'll get your coffees not more than 10 days from the roast date, ensuring the right amount of time for you to try it out without it being too fresh off the roast. We recommend brewing the coffee 7 days from roast and flavors will peak around 2-4 weeks from roast

COFFEE ORIGIN

Coffee Origin TIMOR

Timor is a small island off the coast of Southeast Asia, yet it is able to hold its own in the global coffee industry. Coffee is a significant driver in Timor’s economy as one of the main export crops, providing livelihoods for a major portion of its population. Harvest season spans from May to September, where Arabica beans account for most of its coffee production. You can typically expect washed coffee with sweet notes of chocolate, a subtle earthy taste, and low acidity.

Coffee Origin INDONESIA

Indonesia is a Goliath in the coffee industry as one of the top five producers of Robusta coffee in the world. It’s worth noting that smallholder farmers are the keystone of the industry, running the majority of coffee plantations in the country. Beans in Indonesia are typically processed using the Giling Basah or wet-hulled method, producing coffee with a dark, bold, and earthy profile. You can typically expect coffee with a heavy body and low acidity, as well as a complexity of notes such as dark cocoa, wood, and spice.
