Weekender
Weekender
TOFFEE · GREEN APPLES · WALNUTS
Weekender is our signature blend designed for slower moments and more relaxed cups. It’s built to feel easy and familiar, while still offering enough nuance to stay engaging. This is a coffee that invites you to slow down, even when the day doesn’t.
Blending coffees from Brazil and Colombia, Weekender balances sweetness with brightness in a measured way. The Brazilian component anchors the cup with body and gentle sweetness. The Colombian coffee enhances the green apple and toffee tasting notes, introducing a clean acidity that keeps the cup from feeling flat. Together, they create a profile that’s composed and balanced rather than bold or dramatic.
Drunk black, Weekender shows its structure clearly. Sweetness carries through the cup, with acidity kept in check for comfortable, extended sipping. With a splash of milk, the profile softens further, leaning into a smoother, more comforting expression without losing definition.
Weekender’s role is intentional. This is a blend for off-duty drinking, quiet mornings, or mid-day pauses. It’s flexible across brew methods and forgiving in preparation, designed to feel familiar yet refined. If you’re looking for a blend that sits comfortably between approachable and thoughtful, Weekender is built for that space.
At Plain Sight, we believe that getting your coffee to you at the right time provides for a great brewing experience. We make sure that you'll get your coffees not more than 10 days from the roast date, ensuring the right amount of time for you to try it out without it being too fresh off the roast. We recommend brewing the coffee 7 days from roast and flavors will peak around 2-4 weeks from roast

COFFEE ORIGIN
COLOMBIA
Colombia is highly regarded as a top producer of Arabica coffee beans. Compared to Robusta, Arabica contains less caffeine but has a higher sugar content. Additionally, it also has a subtle tasting profile with heightened acidity. Because of Colombia’s geographic position, it is one of the rare countries where Arabica is able to grow in all areas of land. The coffee production industry is mostly made up of small family-owned farms. Each cup of Colombian coffee contains a rich history passed down through generations.
BRAZIL
Brazil, the world's top coffee producer, offers a wide variety of flavors, from rich Robusta to milder Santos and unique Rio Minas beans. Major regions like Espirito Santo and Minas Gerais use advanced methods, including mechanical harvesting, but are now focusing on quality. This shift means better-tasting coffee for consumers, with farms increasingly prioritizing flavor and offering specialty options, ensuring a delicious cup every time.
