Sourced from Boquete, Panama, this premium roast is grown in exceptional conditions: shade-grown, bird-friendly, and nurtured at high elevations within a cool microclimate beside the cloud forests of Volcán Barú National Park. We lightly roast the beans here at Plain Sight to bring out its delicate notes of elderflower, strawberry, and langka, perfect for brewing with an AeroPress, pourover, or espresso machine.
