NUTTY · CACAO · CARAMEL
Sometimes a good cup of coffee is made by sticking to the classics. Our Classic blend is a warm throwback to simpler days when most were just beginning to explore the world of coffee.
With notes of cacao, caramel, and nuts, its comforting flavors are for experienced homebrewers who want to rekindle an appreciation for the classics and newcomers who want to work with familiar notes elevated for specialty coffee. Sweetness from Brazilian beans balances out a full-bodied and bold Vietnamese flavor, making it a recommended blend for daily drinking or sharing with friends who are new to specialty coffee.
A medium-dark roast level allows for the chocolate and nutty flavors from Brazil to stand out while complementing the intensity of Vietnamese coffee. Made with mellow acidity in mind, it’s a blend that ensures a smooth drinking experience in every cup. For those who don’t take their coffee black, it pairs best with milk for a creamier mouthfeel.
Classic is meant to be timeless. It’s the kind of blend you constantly return to no matter how many beans you’ve explored and experimented with. A reliable, easily accessible option for those days when simplicity is preferred.
Best used with a french press, espresso machine, and coffee maker.

Brazil
Brazil, the world's top coffee producer, offers a wide variety of flavors, from rich Robusta to milder Santos and unique Rio Minas beans. Major regions like Espirito Santo and Minas Gerais use advanced methods, including mechanical harvesting, but are now focusing on quality. This shift means better-tasting coffee for consumers, with farms increasingly prioritizing flavor and offering specialty options, ensuring a delicious cup every time.
