Last June 21, Plain Sight Coffee launched the Snack Attack collection, created together with multipurpose artist Raco Ruiz. The event took place at the Plain Sight HQ in Mandala Park where guests got first dibs to exclusive discounts on the Snack Attack coffee blend and full merch lineup.

If you’re someone who keeps up with the latest TikTok happenings, you’ve probably come across Raco Ruiz’s content. From giving personalities to Metro Manila’s malls to documenting the struggles of conyo kids, it’s no doubt he’s become one of the platform’s most recognizable creators. But since a young age, art has been at the center of Raco’s world. 

“I was always attracted to using a lot of colors. As an only boy in a house full of girls, I really wanted to use purple and pink and pastels and similar colors,” mentioned Raco.

 

What Went Down During Snack Attack

Snack Attack is a fun-filled collaboration inspired by Raco Ruiz’s childhood snacks and cartoons. The full collection includes an exclusive coffee blend, shirt, keychain, stickers, and an art print limited to 50 copies signed by Raco himself. An event exclusive discount of 10% was also offered to everyone who dropped by! Collectors who bought the Snack Attack Merch Box received an exclusive card deck from Runit Decks.

Additionally, fans got the chance to taste Raco’s signature drink, the Strawberry Yogurt Latte and paired it with complimentary donuts from Donut Lab PH.

But the fun didn’t stop there! Raco personally delivered an exclusive painting of Dopa the Dopamine Dependent Dalmatian to the Plain Sight HQ. Featuring a close-up of Dopa and a mix of funky colors, the piece perfectly captures the playful energy and chaos that define both Raco Ruiz’s art and the Snack Attack collaboration. 

Afterwards, fans got the chance to chill and have a casual chat with Raco.

In true Raco Ruiz fashion, he had one more surprise up his sleeve. Matty, Raco’s real life dalmatian companion, decided to give everyone a boost of dopamine!
