It all started as a personal pursuit, with CEO and founder Sean Lee roasting small batches of coffee from his home kitchen in 2015. Today, Plain Sight Coffee roasts and supplies coffee for hundreds of brands across the Philippines. Maybe you’ve tasted our coffee at your neighborhood café, your favorite restaurant, or even the last hotel you stayed at.
Since then, we’ve put down roots in Mandala Park, expanding into a showroom we fondly call the HQ. The HQ is the place where customers and fellow coffee enthusiasts can purchase our beans, broaden their knowledge through our workshops, or just come together as a community to celebrate great coffee. With co-owners Kurt Lee, Head of Coffee, and Erika Rodica, Head of Marketing, Plain Sight Coffee is dedicated to growing a specialty coffee community that welcomes anyone with open arms.
While Plain Sight currently does not have its own café, you can enjoy our delicious coffee at our client cafés wherever you are in the Philippines.

The Community Around the Coffee
With over nine years in the coffee industry, we’ve become the go-to partner for over a hundred wholesale clients, supplying freshly roasted coffee for businesses including cafés, restaurants, and hotels across the Philippines. We’ve also helped aspiring café owners jumpstart their business by providing end-to-end consultations and barista training.
Besides supplying beans for both wholesale and retail, we also share our years of coffee know-how through workshops designed for people of all skill levels. We come across people from all walks of life—you’re welcome to join whether you’ve never brewed your own espresso or are still discovering the peculiar flavor profiles of coffee.
We also host a variety of events at the HQ, and it’s become a core part of growing our community at Plain Sight. From bar takeovers to artist receptions to holiday events, we celebrate all the little moments in life with great coffee.
In an effort to support the local scene, we often collaborate with artists, brands, and even fellow roasters. Combining our coffee with their expertise, some of our most exciting creations have come from working with the talented craftsmen in the community.
