Cherry Espresso Tonic

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 30ml cherry syrup
  • Soda water
  • 50ml Hibiscus tea

Come to the dark side of the Force with a dose of Cherry Espresso Tonic! This Star Wars Day, we’ve created a signature beverage inspired by one of the most iconic villains in the galaxy: Darth Vader. This tall iced drink brings together fruity and floral notes with just the right hint of tartness for a deliciously refreshing drink.

If you ask us, it’s the perfect way to power through a Star Wars marathon. Do or do not, there is no try—but you should definitely try making the Cherry Espresso Tonic at home!

In a tall glass, pour in one shot of espresso and 30ml cherry syrup. Mix until combined.

Add enough ice to fill the glass. Carefully pour in soda water until the glass is 3/4 full.

Brew the hibiscus tea and sweeten with cherry syrup to taste.

Carefully pour the hibiscus tea to create a layer on the top of the soda water.

Garnish with a cherry on top. Mix and enjoy!
