Dirty Pistachio Matcha

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1 serving of matcha (any matcha will do)
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 30g pistachio sauce
  • Oat milk

Yummy, this Dirty Matcha Pistachio is! This Star Wars Day, we’re sharing this signature beverage that every Padawan and Jedi coffee lover can try at home. And if the green hues don’t make it any more obvious, this drink is inspired by the legendary Jedi Master himself, Yoda!

Taste the earthy notes of matcha, complemented by the nutty richness of pistachio and smooth creaminess of oat milk. Don’t forget about the shot of espresso that will add the kick you need to feel the Force! All together, they form three distinct layers in one stunning, delicious drink.

In a wide-mouthed glass, add 30g of pistachio sauce.

Pour oat milk into the glass until it is 3/4 full. Mix and add ice.

Carefully pour the shot of espresso to create a layer on top of the milk.

Prepare the matcha with a bowl and matcha whisk.

Pour in matcha as the final layer to the drink. Mix and enjoy!
