Hot Cinnamon Crunch Latte 150ml steamed cereal milk 36ml espresso Mini Cinnamon Toast Crunch (garnish) Steps: Pull espresso in hot cup. Steam cereal milk into a microfoam. Pour steamed cereal milk and make your desired latte art. Serve and enjoy! Cereal Milk (Makes 1L with 20% Retention) 100g Cinnamon Toast Crunch 800ml cow's milk 400ml oat milk 20ml brown sugar syrup 1.5g salt 0.5g nutmeg 0.5g cinnamon Steps: Steep cereal using a cheese cloth mixed with the cow's and oat milk for 30-40 mins and make sure the cereal is well incorporated and submerged with the milk. Taste milk after steeping to check if the cereal flavor steeped into the milk. Mix in the brown sugar syrup, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste and adjust to your preference.
