
Hot Cinnamon Crunch Latte
- 150ml steamed cereal milk
- 36ml espresso
- Mini Cinnamon Toast Crunch (garnish)
Steps:
- Pull espresso in hot cup.
- Steam cereal milk into a microfoam.
- Pour steamed cereal milk and make your desired latte art. Serve and enjoy!
Cereal Milk
(Makes 1L with 20% Retention)

- 100g Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 800ml cow's milk
- 400ml oat milk
- 20ml brown sugar syrup
- 1.5g salt
- 0.5g nutmeg
- 0.5g cinnamon
Steps:
- Steep cereal using a cheese cloth mixed with the cow's and oat milk for 30-40 mins and make sure the cereal is well incorporated and submerged with the milk.
- Taste milk after steeping to check if the cereal flavor steeped into the milk.
- Mix in the brown sugar syrup, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Taste and adjust to your preference.
- Enjoy with your coffee or drink it as is!
