Coffee

Because coffee is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once it has been delivered unless it arrives damaged, defective, contaminated, incorrect, or otherwise unusable.

Coffee preferences vary, so we cannot provide a return or refund based solely on taste, roast preference, or expected flavor notes. Please contact us if you believe there is a quality issue with the coffee so our team can review it.

Merchandise and Brewing Equipment

Unused merchandise, drinkware, apparel, and brewing equipment may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Have all tags, seals, and accessories intact
Be returned in its original packaging
Include the order number or proof of purchase

Apparel may be exchanged for another size, subject to stock availability.

For returns or size exchanges that are not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, the customer will be responsible for both the return and replacement delivery costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the concern promptly.

Kindly email shop@plainsight.coffee with:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Clear photos of the item and its packaging
A brief description of the issue
An unboxing video, when available

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will normally arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable or not appropriate, we may issue a refund through the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable Philippine consumer laws. DTI guidance provides that defective or imperfect products may remain eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

Missing Items

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if an item is missing from your order.

If the item is still available, we will send it at no additional cost. If it is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the missing item through the original payment method.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale, promotional, bundled, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

They may still qualify for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Blanket “no return, no exchange” restrictions cannot remove remedies for defective products.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been prepared, packed, booked for delivery, or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If an order is returned to us because the delivery details were incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, or the parcel was refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery fee.

Please review your delivery address and contact details carefully before completing your order.

Return Shipping

If the return or replacement is due to an error by Plain Sight Coffee or damage caused during delivery, we will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

For approved returns or exchanges requested by the customer, including apparel size exchanges, the customer will shoulder the return and replacement delivery costs.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Plain Sight Coffee or the courier.
