DESCRIPTION

The Jupiter Artist blend is an out-of-this-world brew with sumptuous notes of dark chocolate, wine, and macadamia. With beans sourced from Guatemala, China, and the Philippines, this medium roasted coffee offers a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity.

Conceived with Den Ocampo, a content creator and serial café hopper from Manila, it embodies her vision of the perfect cup of coffee. Enjoy it brewed with a coffee maker, pour-over, or as an espresso.

A random Jupiter post card is included with every purchase of the Jupiter Blend. Available in three designs, featuring photography taken by coffee content creator and serial café hopper, Den Ocampo. Deliver a thoughtful message to your loved ones' mailbox, or put it on display for a cozy touch in your home or office.

Coffee is available for individual purchase or as a set with the Jupiter Coffee & Merch Box.

Try our Coco Sugar Latte recipe to enjoy the Jupiter Blend as a delectable iced treat!

At Plain Sight, we believe that getting your coffee to you at the right time provides for a great brewing experience. We make sure that you'll get your coffees not more than 10 days from the roast date, ensuring the right amount of time for you to try it out without it being too fresh off the roast. We recommend brewing the coffee 7 days from roast and flavors will peak around 2-4 weeks from roast

COFFEE ORIGIN

Coffee Origin GUATAMELA

Guatemala is a renowned coffee-producing country, celebrated for its flavorful beans grown in ideal conditions. We partner with local experts to bring these exceptional coffees to market. The industry is a major economic driver, with strictly hard beans from high-altitude regions like Atitlan and Huehuetenango highly prized. Single-farm lots from Antigua are particularly sought-after.

Guatemala's coffee excellence is attributed to its favorable environmental conditions and a strong emphasis on cultivation and processing techniques. The diverse microclimates contribute to the wide range of flavors found in Guatemalan coffees.

Coffee Origin CHINA

Yunnan Province, China's western region, has emerged as a major coffee-producing hub. Although historically known for tea, coffee cultivation has flourished there for over a century. The province's favorable climate, soil, and geography have contributed to its success. Introduced by missionaries in the late 19th century, coffee's growth accelerated in the 1990s, driven by industry investments. Today, Yunnan boasts a thriving coffee industry with over 120,000 hectares under cultivation.

Coffee Origin PHILIPPINES

Coffee in the Philippines boasts a rich history, with Arabica and Robusta varieties grown across diverse regions. While not a major player globally, the Philippines offers unique and flavorful beans favored for their mild acidity and fruity notes. Smallholder farmers dominate production, often employing traditional methods. The country's volcanic soil and tropical climate contribute to its distinct coffee profiles. Though facing challenges such as aging trees and low productivity, efforts to revive the industry are underway, with a growing focus on sustainability and quality. Filipino coffee presents an opportunity for drinkers to explore distinctive and ethically sourced brews.
