WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Espresso shot of This Must Be Home
  • Oat milk (70ml)
  • Dairy milk (70ml)
  • Brown butter syrup (10ml)
  • Palm Sugar Syrup (5ml)
  • Cinnamon powder (dash)
  • Nutmeg (dash)

Pull an espresso shot.

Mix 70ml oat milk and 70ml dairy milk with 5ml palm sugar syrup and 10ml brown butter syrup.

Get a glass of ice and pour the milk mixture.

Top with a shot of espresso.

Add a dash of cinnamon powder and nutmeg.
Optional: Garnish with a toasted cinnamon stick and serve

 


 

Clara's Cinnamon Coffee (Hot)

  • Espresso shot of This Must Be Home
  • Oat milk (70ml)
  • Dairy milk (70ml)
  • Brown butter syrup (10ml)
  • Palm Sugar Syrup (5ml)
  • Cinnamon and Nutmeg powder (dash)

Steps:

  1. In a warm cup, pull an espresso shot.
  2. Prepare a steaming pitcher. Add in 70ml oat milk, 70ml dairy milk, 10ml brown butter syrup, 5ml palm sugar syrup, plus a dash of cinnamon powder and nutmeg.
  3. Steam the milk mixture.
  4. Pour the steamed milk into the espresso shot and serve.
