
Clara's Cinnamon Coffee (Hot)
- Espresso shot of This Must Be Home
- Oat milk (70ml)
- Dairy milk (70ml)
- Brown butter syrup (10ml)
- Palm Sugar Syrup (5ml)
- Cinnamon and Nutmeg powder (dash)
Steps:
- In a warm cup, pull an espresso shot.
- Prepare a steaming pitcher. Add in 70ml oat milk, 70ml dairy milk, 10ml brown butter syrup, 5ml palm sugar syrup, plus a dash of cinnamon powder and nutmeg.
- Steam the milk mixture.
- Pour the steamed milk into the espresso shot and serve.
