Burundi Kayanza
Burundi Kayanza
MANDARIN ORANGE · ICE TEA · RAISINS
We've become fans of sourcing coffees from Burundi, despite it being a little less known than its coffee producing next door neighbors. Kayanza is our latest single origin release from the East African nation highliting some great acidity, a light body, and awesome sweetness. A Fully Washed coffee for those that enjoy crisp and clean cups, you'll enjoy notes of Mandarin Orange, iced tea, and raisins. Enjoy Kayanza as a pourover, with the AeroPress, or through your trusty coffee maker.
At Plain Sight, we believe that getting your coffee to you at the right time provides for a great brewing experience. We make sure that you'll get your coffees not more than 10 days from the roast date, ensuring the right amount of time for you to try it out without it being too fresh off the roast. We recommend brewing the coffee 7 days from roast and flavors will peak around 2-4 weeks from roast
