We at Plain Sight are excited to share Canvas, our limited holiday blend, designed in collaboration with watercolorist Joly Poa. Since 2013, Joly has delighted with her distinctive paintings of flowers and nature, and we've taken inspiration from her art to bring the Canvas blend to life.

Canvas brings together coffees from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Brazil, and has great notes Apple Juice, Cinnamon, and Caramel. We’ve also made sure to make it an omniroast coffee to have you enjoy it either as a pour over or as an espresso.

At Plain Sight, we believe that getting your coffee to you at the right time provides for a great brewing experience. We make sure that you'll get your coffees not more than 10 days from the roast date, ensuring the right amount of time for you to try it out without it being too fresh off the roast. We recommend brewing the coffee 7 days from roast and flavors will peak around 2-4 weeks from roast

Every bag is packed fresh before dispatch using coffee roasted no more than 10 days prior.

For the best brewing experience, we recommend resting the coffee until at least 7 days from the roast date. The coffee continues to develop, with flavors typically peaking between 2 and 4 weeks from the roast date.

We roast in small batches to ensure freshness. Your coffee will reach you within 10 days of roasting, giving you the perfect window to enjoy it.

Our coffee is at its peak flavor between 14–28 days after roasting. This gives the beans time to rest and fully develop their aroma and taste.

Absolutely! We can grind your coffee to your preferred brew size — just select your grind option on the product page before checking out.

Shipping

Our delivery rates are fixed at ₱99 for Metro Manila and ₱149 for provincial orders.

Absolutely! We ship nationwide via GOGO Express. You can check their serviceable areas here.

For locations outside their coverage, we’ll send your order via LBC to make sure your coffee still gets to you. ☕

Yes! We offer free shipping for Metro Manila orders worth ₱1,000 and above and provincial orders worth ₱1,500 and above.

For Metro Manila addresses, orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days after placement.

For provincial addresses, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier schedule.

Please note that slight delays may occur due to weather or other external factors, but we’ll always make sure your coffee gets to you as soon as possible. ☕
