Colombia Sunstone Peach
Colombia Sunstone Peach
WHITE PEACH · MANGOSTEEN · LYCHEE OSMANTHUS · EARL GREY · MILK TEA ·
Sunstone Peach is a single origin coffee built around a vibrant, peach-forward profile. It's a Castillo varietal sourced from Caldas in the heart of Colombia's coffee region, reflecting the area's rich coffee-growing heritage.
In the cup, expect white peach up front, layered with mangosteen and lychee, and finishing on a creamy, floral note of osmanthus plus earl grey milk tea. Its light-bodied with high acidity that keeps things bright without feeling sharp, a coffee built for sweetness and a little indulgence.
Sunstone Peach undergoes a peach-based fermentation process that helps enhance its fruit-forward character. It's well suited for pour-over and AeroPress, where its sweetness and fruit character come through clearly, and also works well as espresso for a richer, more concentrated cup.
Best for: Sweet and fruit-forward brews
Recommended brew methods: Pour-over, AeroPress, and espresso

COFFEE ORIGIN
Colombia
Colombia is highly regarded as a top producer of Arabica coffee beans. Compared to Robusta, Arabica contains less caffeine but has a higher sugar content. Additionally, it also has a subtle tasting profile with heightened acidity. Because of Colombia’s geographic position, it is one of the rare countries where Arabica is able to grow in all areas of land. The coffee production industry is mostly made up of small family-owned farms. Each cup of Colombian coffee contains a rich history passed down through generations.
