DESCRIPTION

Follow Dopa, the Dopamine Dependent Dalmatian’s lead and start your day with a feel-good brew of Snack Attack, Plain Sight Coffee’s limited edition blend with Raco Ruiz!

Drawing inspiration from childhood snacks and cartoons, Snack Attack captures Raco’s signature art style into a coffee blend. Fun and full of whimsy, expect tasting notes of berries, caramel, and cacao.

It’s a coffee that brings together beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, and the Philippines in one blend. Snack Attack is roasted to a medium-light degree at Plain Sight to highlight

the coffee’s gentle acidity while emphasizing its caramel and cacao character. It delivers a familiar mix of flavors that feels like rediscovering your favorite childhood snack.

Snack Attack is a coffee that leans sweet rather than intense and is a strong option for drinkers who want an easygoing and approachable blend.

Best for: Chocolate-forward, sweet brews with a fruity kick.

Recommended brew methods: Espresso, pour-over, and coffee maker

At Plain Sight, we believe that getting your coffee to you at the right time provides for a great brewing experience. We make sure that you'll get your coffees not more than 10 days from the roast date, ensuring the right amount of time for you to try it out without it being too fresh off the roast. We recommend brewing the coffee 7 days from roast and flavors will peak around 2-4 weeks from roast

COFFEE ORIGIN

ETHIOPIA

Ethiopia, renowned for being coffee's birthplace, is cherished in the specialty coffee industry for its diverse flavors. This richness stems from genetic diversity among coffee varieties, unique processing methods, and traditional production practices. Even within similar growing conditions, flavors vary, making Ethiopian coffee exceptional. These factors collectively contribute to the high-quality coffee enjoyed worldwide.

Colombia

Colombia is highly regarded as a top producer of Arabica coffee beans. Compared to Robusta, Arabica contains less caffeine but has a higher sugar content. Additionally, it also has a subtle tasting profile with heightened acidity. Because of Colombia’s geographic position, it is one of the rare countries where Arabica is able to grow in all areas of land. The coffee production industry is mostly made up of small family-owned farms. Each cup of Colombian coffee contains a rich history passed down through generations.

Philippines

Coffee in the Philippines boasts a rich history, with Arabica and Robusta varieties grown across diverse regions. While not a major player globally, the Philippines offers unique and flavorful beans favored for their mild acidity and fruity notes. Smallholder farmers dominate production, often employing traditional methods. The country's volcanic soil and tropical climate contribute to its distinct coffee profiles. Though facing challenges such as aging trees and low productivity, efforts to revive the industry are underway, with a growing focus on sustainability and quality. Filipino coffee presents an opportunity for drinkers to explore distinctive and ethically sourced brews.
